Our resilience training system is set up to build…you guessed it, RESILIENCE. These workouts will be hard enough to make you wonder why you are doing it, but will be set up in a way you can not fail, only have varying levels of success. These workouts will challenge any fitness level equally and are short, intense and practical. The more we encounter the feeling of struggle while doing hard things, the more resilient we can become both mentally and physically. Overcoming challenging scenarios is the key to developing true and lasting confidence in your ability to push through difficult situations in all areas of your life. Resilience is one of the most valuable traits one can have in any area of their life.

We will put ourselves in challenging situations and ask ourselves “is this the circumstance I so fear?” By doing this regularly, discomfort becomes far less of a de-motivating factor and more of a simple part of the process.
